Also incorporates some trappy vibes with the hihats and beat in general, not exactly synthwave imo

definitely sounds like just experimenting with plugins imo, but could definitely become a polished track w/ some work, good job overall :)
spooky boss battle phase one | uhyggelig boss kamp fase et Good at first, a bit monotonous, however, the bitcrush distortion on the drums does give it the chiptune type beat that I assume you were trying to get
After 0:25, it starts losing rhythm and isn't very pleasant to listen to, and it starts to variate out of its melodic theme at the beginning, and starts to become less harmonic
The ending is alright, but I don't feel like it's fitting for the mood of the song itself
Anyway, sound design is decent, but melodics and rhythm need work
